Brian Gallagher Bio

Brian Gallagher was born November 23, 1963. His earliest remembrance of jazz was listening to Brubeck and Desmond with his father.

Brian, tenor saxophone and flute has played with Prince, and is a founding member of Greazy Meal. Brian splits his time between Minneapolis and Los Angeles, adding his diverse musical stylings to forthcoming CDs by Har MAr Superstar and Toad the Wet Sprocket's Glen
Phillips. Played all over Mandy Moore's "Coverage" and performed with her on Oprah, Jay Leno, Craig Kilbourne, The View and for the President of the Philippines.

When not writing songs for Greazy Meal Brian can be found performing around the Minneapolis music scene. Brian is currently writing a jazz project which will be recorded live at a Minneapolis club.
